Loose Leaf Gooseberry Meringue

Description

A real gooseberry meringue pie is a true piece of art visually as well as in it’s delicious flavor. Our tea creation is not lacking in either. The refreshing, slightly tangy filling of gooseberries is perfectly balanced by the cooling layer of cream and its sweet topping of meringue. Large, whole gooseberries are a true highlight and fluffy marshmallows represent the whipped egg whites. Sweet blackberry leaves add the required sweetness and are balanced off by the light tanginess of hibiscus blossoms. This tea will make your mouth water in anticipation thanks to the natural flavors of gooseberries and meringue, just like its real pie counterpart.
