Pineapple cubes, (pineapple sugar), purple dragon fruit cubes, dehydrated apple pieces, hibiscus, flavoring, freeze dried strawberry yogurt crunchy (skimmed milk, sugar, yogurt, starch (tapioca), strawberry, concentrated salsify juice, citric acid natural flavoring.
Steep hot 10-12 minutes at 203-212 degrees. Let cool, pour over ice or drink warm and enjoy.

Some of he fruit blends you can even eat the fruit. I drink Tea ParTea EVERYDAY and have no intentions on stopping. The tea is literally heaven in a cup. If I could give more that 5 stars I would!
